Getting Involved

It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

(1) Get access to the University of Maryland Veteran Center: The new Veterans Center is located in 1122 Cole Field House. Thanks to a generous donation from Board of Trustee member Gordon England, the space is exclusively available for student veterans. Come spend time with each other while on campus, get a cup of coffee, watch TV, use our computers, or study. You can get access to the Veteran Lounge by submitting your proof of service (i.e., DD214, Armed Forces Service ID card) & your University identification number (UID) to our email account vetstudentlife@umd.edu or you can call (301) 405-9605 to set up an appointment to show such identification.

(2) Sign up for the updates in OrgSync: Request permission to join the Veteran Student Life Group.

(3) Connect with the TerpVets: Join the TerpVet Facebook Group.
