The Terrapin Leadership Institute (TLI) is a weekly workshop series serves to empower students to achieve their leadership potential through multi-week leadership workshop series. TLI recognizes leadership as a skill that can be developed in all people, opening doors for individual growth and social change. The approach of the Terrapin Leadership Institute is to focus on three core areas of leadership- the individual, the group, and the community. All sessions are interactive and designed to make the process of learning about leadership fun and meaningful.
MOSAIC is a two-day, one-night weekend retreat focused on exploring the relationship between diversity and leadership. Interactive sessions and group discussions are designed to create an environment for individuals to examine their identity and how it influences their understanding of and approach to leadership.

Maryland Leadership Conference (MLC) is the longest running student leadership conference in the country. Through large group discussions, small group dialogues, and real-life application, participants will leave with the tools necessary to enact positive social change.
