NOW HIRING!!

The COSI Program is a unique, paid experiential learning opportunity offered by STAMP's MICA Office for undergraduate studentsUnder the supervision of MICA Staff, COSIs assist in the development of educational, programmatic and research initiatives to support the MICA’s mission and goals. COSI work is focused in three (3) areas:

  • administrative support
  • focus area and programming assistance
  • peer education

As a student in the MICA COSI Program, interns are challenged to harness their “inner activist” and serve as positive change agents in the community by promoting cross-cultural understanding as a Peer Educator. Students will learn how to help their peers investigate their own identities as well as the identities of others, and lead educational, diversity-focused workshops and activities during the fall and spring semesters.  The goal of this interactive, experienced-based learning community is that students will be inspired and motivated to engage and lead others in cross-cultural and community development efforts within the context of their organizations and communities.
