What is eCalendar?
eCalendar is available for clients to request board rooms, event spaces, meeting rooms, and other resources that are managed by Event & Guest Services. Individuals must have an eCalendar account that is linked to either the registered student organization or university department that they represent. Individuals must register in advance to have an eCalendar account created for them. Links to the account request forms are below.
Once you have access to Stamp eCalendar, student organzation and university department representatives, are able to reserve the following:
Meeting rooms and event spaces in the Stamp http://thestamp.umd.edu/Event_Guest_Services/Capacities_Rates
Display Cases in Stamp
Information Tables Outside Stamp
Banner Space inside Stamp
A limited number of academic classrooms (student organzations only)
