  • NEED A SUMMER CLASS?  Consider our ONLINE class EDCP 318W - Leadership & the Workplace!  The class explores leadership theory and practice in the workplace...leadership versus management, ethics in the workplace, leadership in groups, teamwork, and practical application of leadership models. Students enrolled in the course must have a job (and job setting) to participate in the course fully. This is an online course, which will be taught using Blackboard. There will be no classroom meetings. Students who have questions can contact the instructor at dostick@umd.edu.
