The Stamp Technology (IT) Services department provides the following technical services to customers using the Adele H. Stamp Student Union. 

 

Helpdesk Support

Helpdesk Support provides computer and telephone support for many of the department at the Stamp Student Union. It is our goal to provide "World Class" customer service to our clients. We are friendly, personable, and dedicated to quickly resolving your problems and fulfilling your projects. If your department does not yet use our services, you don't know what you are missing!   • Diagnose network and wireless connectivity issues

We work with Campus OIT to assist in quick notification of system outages, new employee activation setups, software purchases and more.

Our Helpdesk is dispatched to you when you call in for help and assistance. By getting to know you and your department needs.

 

Web Solutions 

Web solutions provides support for many of the departments at the Stamp Student Union for web based applications and online user interactions. Our goal is to provide fast and friendly service while providing solutions to all of our clients' web needs/ If your department is in need of our services, please fill out our Web Service Request Form.

Audio Visual Support

Audio Visual Services has the technology and expertise to help make your event a success. Our philosophy is simple. Provide the right mix of equipment and services to meet the needs of our customers and their guests. We accomplish this by striving to provide innovative technology solutions that enhance our customers experience.

At Audio Visual Services we can provide production and presentation technology to many types of events. Our lighting, sound, and video projection systems can accommodate a range of events from coffee houses to cultural performances. In addition, our presentation technology can be scaled to meet the needs of a one day meeting or a multi day conference.
