Spokes Newsletter
The Spokes is a weekly e-newsletter highlighting the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community at the University of Maryland, College Park. Weekly editions include UMD's AAPI student organizations' events, as well as various on- and off-campus internship and volunteer involvement opportunities. 

The Spokes is distributed every Monday during the academic year and postings include one-time and on-going opportunities. To add an announcement, event, or opportunity to the Spokes, please fill out the Spokes Newsletter Submission Form. To successfully ensure your content is included in the next edition, please submit all information by 12pm on the Friday before the newsletter is distributed. Even if an announcement is submitted early, editions will only include events or opportunities occurring that week. If you wish to have your announcement listed longer, you must fill out the submission form again.

The Office of Multi-Ethnic Student Education (OMSE) is seeking academically excellent undergraduate or graduate students to join our summer tutorial staff. Tutors are needed in the following subjects: Biology, Business, Chemistry, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Spanish, and Writing. Paid hourly.
