MOSAIC Initiative is a semester long program focused on examining how aspects of identity impact leadership for social change. We will explore strategies for creating positive change while considering the complex dynamics of addressing systems of power, privilege, and oppression. This program is coordinated by the Adele H. Stamp Student Union - Center for Campus Life; and, is facilitated by both students and staff.
The MOSAIC Initiative consists of:
• a two-day, one-night weekend retreat that examines the relationship between diversity and leadership (or comparable experience determined by approval)
• a 3 credit-bearing experience that focuses on the application of strategies for creating social change
• a symposium that presents your experiences and social change projects
