Leadership development is a lifelong journey, and many people stumble through it accidentally. In this interactive workshop, participants will create a Personal Leadership Development Plan aligned with their core values, strengths, and experiences.  Having a plan, however, is not enough. Participants will gain clarity on the real work of leadership to understand that leadership can and should occur without formal authority. With this foundation in mind, developing the ability to influence others can be an intentional process regardless of position, title, or experience level. Participants will also leave the workshop with two critical skills that can be applied instantly in any situation that requires leadership. Through highly engaged facilitation and real-world examples, participants will see concepts come to life during this workshop.

By the end of the workshop, participants will:

  • Discover a sense of your own capacities to impact change

  • Create a Personal Leadership Development Plan

  • Understand that leadership is an activity, not a position

  • Untangle power and authority from influence and leadership

  • Learn two practical leadership skills that are critical for leading others

Participation is FREE! Meals and materials are provided for the day at no cost. Space is limited. Register by June 15th for best consideration.
