How can I get a campus parking pass? Are there any special programs for graduate students? 

Transportation Services handles all campus parking (as well as campus public transportation). For a list of services and special perks for graduate students (including priority registration dates for grad students), go to "Parking" section of the Graduate Student Life Handbook.
