  • The Stamp Ticket Office is the only approved ticketing vendor for event that occur in the Stamp.
  • Clients may arrange for the Ticket Office to sell tickets to any event held on campus.
  • All events that take place in the Stamp that involve tickets must be done through the Stamp Ticket Office – No outside ticketing permitted.
  • Clients must provide an KFS, ISR, or Federal Tax ID number and W9 form for the final deposit of ticket sales.
  • Additional administrative charges may apply and will be deducted from ticket sales.
  • Using guidelines established by the Stamp and Public Safety clients may be required to use the Ticket Office to distribute tickets to assist with crowd control and capacity. Factors considered when making this determination are:
    • Is the event open to the general public
    • Will the event be taking place in the Grand Ballroom, Colony Ballroom, Hoff Theater, Atrium, or the Prince George's Room
    • Is there a potential for the number of attendees to exceed the capacity of the venue

  • Additional fees can be passed along to the customer or absorbed by the sponsoring organization.
  • All fees (with the exception of the Ticket Services set-up fee) will be taken out of the proceeds from the event
